Well another busy week was enjoyed at Babbacombe Bowling Club and thankfully the sun shone. Hallo and welcome to Babbacombe Bowling Club.
Our bowling club is a medium sized club with over 100 player members who play at all levels, whether it be National, League or occasional social games, plus a supporting social membership. The benefits enjoyed by all members are catering, bar facilities, quiz and whist nights.
Our fixture secretary is always pleased to hear from visiting clubs to play against while on tour. We can accommodate up to 7 rinks with the use of club facilities. The club is situated in a pleasant part of Torbay with several hotels in the near vicinity and ample parking in the roads around the club house.
We are always pleased to welcome anyone interested in bowls whether a player, beginner or spectator. You will be warmly welcomed and look forward to seeing you soon.

Our early season Open Week proved successful, attracting a good number of visitors to try bowls at the Club.
We are happy to report that we can welcome fourteen new bowlers and four new social members to the Club for 2018.
Bowlers have been enjoying their sport on the greens at Babbacombe Bowling Club for over 120 years. We are a friendly club and always extend a warm welcome to players and the general public alike.
Babbacombe Bowling Club plays outdoor bowls, with some indoor matches during the winter, and a short mat season in the clubhouse in the winter.
We welcome new members (both full and social), tours, friendly matches and competitive league players.
