And so the outdoor season has come to an end.
We have been extremely lucky with the summer weather although sometimes too warm ! Over the season we have welcomed so many lovely Clubs from all over the country – in fact 28 tourist matches in total. We hope that all Clubs enjoyed their visits as much as we enjoyed hosting them and hope to see some, if not all, re-visit us again next year.
Thanks as usual go to the Green Team who work extremely hard all year and not just during the outdoor season.
Thanks also go to our President, Ladies Captain and to those other members who took it in turns to be Captain of the Day for the tourist games, the Catering Team who fed some of the visiting teams along with providing food for other events and all those other members who work behind the scenes doing numerous tasks
